SHIBUYA | ULTIMA RC PRO | RECURVE’S SIGHT

This model (520-9-A) is a classic sight for the recurve archer. There is a large vertical adjustment range of 107 mm, which is especially useful with a draw weight of less than 40 lbs (for comparison: Shibuya Ultima II RC: 97 mm, Arc Système SX200 95 mm, Decut DC-RE 100 mm, Win&Win WS700 109 mm).
This sight is equipped with a type “B” extension bar, which means that it not as stiff as type “A” (see recommended products below). The not quite so stiff model “B” is especially designed for archers with a lower draw weight, since not as high vibrations occur as with very high draw weights. Nevertheless the “A” type extension bar can also be used. Another difference besides the stiffness is the 12 gram less weight of the type “B”.

• The quick adjustment screw has a larger contact surface to the extension bar and thus ensures that the extension bar is fixed even more securely.
• Fine adjustment of the vertical axis 1/480″ (0.05 mm) per click.
• Fine adjustment of the horizontal axis 1/640″ (0.04 mm) per click.
• There is a metal scale on both sides of the adjustment rail. One has a standard scale, the other is blank and can be labeled by you.
• The locking screw of the lateral coarse adjustment has been replaced by a thumb screw and can thus be loosened by hand.
