The Hoyt Defiant is a bow that will suit any hunting situation, at only 30.5 inches axle to axle it is very maneuverable without losing accuracy.
The brand new Ultra Flex limb system is Hoyt's toughest and most efficient limb yet, creating a bomb-proof and super reliable bow. Cranking out a true ATA speed of 331, while remaining silky smooth with zero hand shock after the shot is an awesome trait of the Defiant. When the Ultra Flex Limbs are combined with the all new DFX Cam and a Half system the limbs and cams work together to create an optimum shooting machine. At full draw, this system creates a longer axle to axle which allows for better head position and a more stable shooting platform. Although the Defiant is only 30.5 inches axle to axle, it aims like a 35 inch bow because of the way the Ultra Flex Limbs synchronise with the DFX Cam system. With the dual cable stop system, the back wall is more solid than ever, creating a draw cycle that is extremely smooth yet not spongy at the back wall. If the dual cable stops aren't quite solid enough, install the optional limb stop to create a back wall that is so incredibly solid it simply won't budge.
