Barefoot Archers Rec Classes and JOAD

The Summer session began on June 14th and will end on Aug. 9th with our annual cookout and fun shoot. There will be no classes on July 5th. Registration can be done at Barefoot Archery in Charlotte. Contact Sandi or Tim for more info.

Sandi has also been appointed the NC State Coordinator for the new ASAP (After School Archery Program) sponsered thru the NFAA and the NC Bowhunters Association. If you have a school or Parks and Rec. department looking for something new and exciting have them contact us.

- Barefoot Archery, in co-operation with Tenring, will be sponsoring an Intermediate Instructor certification class Aug. 22nd-Aug.24th. If you are interested in taking this class please contact us. We have info we can email you.
- If you are into learning all you can about archery the best place to go is Archery Focus Magazine. You can find everything you need about archery tech here. The magazine is available in hard copy or online subscription. You may even recognize some of the writers! Go to www.archeryfocus .net.
- The weather is hot and dry and hunters are beginning work at hunting properties. Please be careful while working outdoors. Plenty of fluids, sun screen, bug repellant, and watch out for deadly snakes.
